Payment Expectations:

All courses must be paid in full through our website before the scheduled course date. Class seats cannot be reserved through email, verbal commitments, or good-faith agreements. Registration is not confirmed until payment has been received.

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Cash payments are not accepted for course registration.

cOURSE Refund Policy:

All sales are considered final. Any authorized refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee.

  • We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel because of a legitimate unexpected situation, please contact us and we will work with you to find a fair solution.

Any course cancellations by Gunnery Concepts will be refunded in full. All refunds take 5-10 business days to process.

Right to Refuse Training and Services:

Gunnery Concepts LLC reserves the right to refuse training and services to anyone for any reason. Safety, security, and professionalism will be observed and upheld by all of our trainers and clients. Any violations of integrity, safety, security, and professionalism will result in immediate removal from training and services.

ITAR Compliance Statement

Gunnery Concepts LLC conducts all firearms training activities in full compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), 22 CFR §§ 120–130. All instructional content, technical data, and training materials related to defense articles are restricted to U.S. Persons as defined in 22 CFR § 120.62.

No training, technical assistance, or transfer of controlled technical data will be provided to foreign persons, whether in the United States or abroad, without prior authorization from the U.S. Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC).

Participation in certain training programs may require proof of U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or other status as a U.S. Person. By enrolling in our training, you certify that you meet these requirements and that you will not export, release, or share any controlled technical data to non-U.S. Persons without proper authorization.

Violations of ITAR are subject to severe criminal and civil penalties, including fines and imprisonment. Gunnery Concepts LLC reserves the right to deny or terminate training to any individual who does not meet ITAR compliance requirements.

Merchandise Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are made to order, we are unable to offer exchanges. However, we do accept returns of eligible unused merchandise within 14 days of delivery.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

To request a return, submit a request through our Contact Form and include your order number.

Please do not send merchandise back to the sender. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with the appropriate return shipping address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Refunds will be issued after the returned merchandise has been received and its condition has been verified.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or with an incorrect item, please submit a request through our Contact Form within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the item and the problem

Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

You may not be required to return a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item. Please wait for return instructions before shipping anything back.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges, including exchanges for a different size, color, or product.

If you ordered the wrong size or color, you may request a return within the 14-day return period, provided the item remains unused and meets the return requirements above. You may then place a new order for the item you want.

Incorrect Address or Order Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order and shipping information.

We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Please carefully review your order information before completing your purchase.

MerchANDISE Refunds

Approved refunds for standard returns will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of shipping standard returns back to us.

Refunds or replacements resulting from a confirmed damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item will be handled at no additional cost to the customer.
